About Marlenda Clark
From my earliest years, I always had a camera in my hands, taking pictures of people and my surroundings everywhere I went. My love for photography began to really take shape when I took a photography course in college for one of my electives and decided to enter a few of my photographs in the local country fair, where I received a third place ribbon for one. However, the thought of being a professional photographer seemed just beyond my reach, although that never stopped me from taking pictures...and LOTS of them. Through the years, I challenged myself to take pictures that tell stories.
